Tēl appears in Vanity Fair UK's September 2026 Beauty Secrets feature

There are some moments in building a brand that make you stop and take it all in.
This is one of them.
We're delighted to share that Tēl by KiKi London has been featured in the September 2026 issue of Vanity Fair UK, appearing in its Beauty Secrets feature.
For a young, independent British brand, seeing Tēl in the pages of a publication as recognisable as Vanity Fair feels particularly special.
From an idea to the pages of Vanity Fair
KiKi London began with a simple idea: to take the South Asian rituals we grew up around and reimagine them for modern life.
Hair oiling wasn't something we discovered through a trend. It was already familiar to us - a ritual passed through generations, associated with family, care and taking time for yourself.
That heritage eventually became Tēl Botanical Hair, Scalp & Beard Ritual Oil.
And now, seeing the bottle we spent so long developing sitting within the pages of Vanity Fair is a milestone we're incredibly proud of.

Tēl in Vanity Fair's Beauty Secrets
Tēl appears as No. 2 in the September Beauty Secrets feature, alongside a selection of beauty, wellness and lifestyle brands.
The feature introduces Tēl as:
“Inspired by generations of South Asian ritual”
and highlights that Tēl is a Vegan Society certified botanical hair, scalp and beard oil, crafted to nourish hair with moisture and designed to leave it looking and feeling thicker, softer and less dry.
Those few lines capture something that matters enormously to us: bringing together South Asian heritage, botanical hair care and a modern approach to ritual.
Another milestone for KiKi London
This feature comes at an exciting time for the brand.
We're still at the beginning of the KiKi London story, but every milestone makes the journey feel a little more real.
From developing our first formulation and bringing Tēl to life, to becoming Vegan Society certified and now appearing in Vanity Fair UK, we're gradually building the brand we imagined from the beginning.
And we're doing it independently.
For us, that makes moments like this mean even more.
Rooted in heritage. Crafted for today.
Our mission hasn't changed.
We want to introduce more people to the ritual of hair oiling while respecting where that ritual came from.
Tēl takes inspiration from generations of South Asian hair care and brings that philosophy into a modern pre-wash ritual for the hair, scalp and beard.
Seeing that story reach the pages of Vanity Fair is something we're very proud to celebrate.
And hopefully, it's only the beginning.
Rooted in heritage. Crafted for today.
