Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United Kingdom.
International shipping will be introduced as KiKi London grows. Please check back or sign up to our mailing list for updates.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed Mon-Fri before 2pm are usually dispatched on the same day or the next day latest.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.
Delivery Times

KiKi London cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, or if you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us at hello@kikildn.com within 7 days of the delivery date, including your order number and any relevant details.
